Modern Rustic Kitchen Design

There’s a certain warmth and charm to a rustic kitchen. Our design team found a way to combine a rustic style with a modern design with this featured kitchen in Labadie, MO. When we hear the word “rustic,” the wooden features in different areas of this kitchen design is what comes to mind. Solid wood cabinetry, hand scraped hardwood flooring, and a barnlike pantry door add rustic touches to the otherwise contemporary kitchen. Aside from wood, this kitchen design also has other rustic features in it like its lighting and built-in John Boos butcher block. This classic style brings a casual and inviting feel to this kitchen design and looks chic in the open floor plan of this large custom home built by Whalen Custom Homes.
